I first tried a version of this recipe after seeing it on the Downshiftology blog. I loved it so much. Such a nice little healthy gluten free treat! I added a few ingredients of my own to this recipe to make it extra yummy! After I bake it and have a large taste...lol I freeze the rest in a glass dish to save as a little treat for later.
