Pumkin Protein Smoothie
Perfect pre-workout snack. I made this for my boyfriend Mikey before we left for the gym and he loved it...I did a little to much pumpkin spice so go easy on it! Ingredients : 1 scoop protein powder vanilla flavored, or unflavored 2 big spoonfuls or 1/4-1/2 cup canned Pumpkin spice 1/4 teaspoon or to taste 1/2 banana optional Ice & water Pumpkin, similar to sweet potatoes is a great source of complex carbs, perfect boost if your hungry before a workout 🎃.
