I've have cut back on added sugar in a massive way. That doesn't mean however I don't enjoy natures natural sweetness. Loving frozen banana ice creams at the moment.
2 Tbs nut butter
2 Dried dates
1 scope protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
Dash of coconut or almond milk unsweetened.
6 frozen almond or coconut ice cubes
Add cocoa powder for extra chocolate
Top with fresh sliced strawberries and salted peanuts...YUM
