Perfect example of low blood sugar affects. Well it’s not just kids folks, what do you think happens to us when we don’t eat or feed ourselves properly? When your blood sugar level crashes you can often feel jittery, headachy or agitated. Jennifers Brain Boosting Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients:
6-8 oz of filtered water, coconut milk, or coconut water
2 scoops or 1 full serving of collagen hydrolysate for protein [I use vital protein brand]
1 tbsp of nut or seed butter
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1-2 tablespoons of ghee
1-2 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder for flavor
1/2 or 1 cup frozen berries and/or 1/2 banana
