COCONUT CHOCLATE CHIA PUDDING

This delicious recipe is brought to you by my sister Jacqueline, who also happens to be a dietitian and amazing cook!


Recipe:

1 cup soy milk (coconut milk works too) *sweetened (or unsweetened and add stevia or Mable syrup)

1 spoonful coconut milk/cream

2-3 spoonfuls chia seeds


Let set up in fridge overnight


Added coconut flakes and cocoa powder
